EESTI FOTOKUNSTIMESS 2016 / PHOTOGRAPHIC ART FAIR 2016

Telliskivi loomelinnaku Rohelises saalis toimus Fotokuu raames juba seitsmendat korda Eesti Fotokunstimess, mille üldisem eesmärk on tutvustada publikule Eesti parimate fotokunstnike loomingut ja jagada teavet fotokunsti kogumise võimaluste kohta. Sel aastal sai lisaks eesti kunstnike töödele näha ka välismaist loomingut (Saksamaalt, Prantsusmaalt, Soomest, Venemaalt, Lätist ja Leedust). Lisaks näitusele said huvilised osa võtta ka avatud töötoast, mille viis läbi illustraator Madis Põldsaar. Tema illustratsioonide "leivanumber" on omalaadne juuste kujutamise tehnika ja pealtvaatajate silme all kujundaski ta foto põhjal vinge graafilise illustratsiooni (vaata pilte allpool).

This year Tallinn Photomonth presented the seventh Estonian Photographic Art Fair in Telliskivi Creative City. The purpose of it is to introduce Estonian best photoartists and spread information about collecting photographic art. This year many foreign artists were also presented (from Germany, France, Finland, Russia, Latvia and Lithuania), as well as Estonian artists. Besides the exhibition, people could also take part of a workshop where illustrator Madis Põldsaar showed how he creates his art. Põldsaar's illustrations are famous for his way of creating hair. In front of the audience he created an illustration of a woman's face and hair from scratch (see pictures down below).
